*About the Role:*

We're looking for an experienced California litigation attorney to manage an active caseload through all phases of litigation and post-judgment enforcement. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining strong client service and high-quality legal work.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage a litigation caseload from initial pleadings through resolution, including post-judgment enforcement.
* Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and related correspondence.
* Handle motion practice and appear in court as needed.
* Evaluate matters and make suit/strategy decisions in collaboration with internal litigation and post-judgment teams.
* Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, self-represented parties, and court staff.
* Implement and execute strategies to collect on judgments on behalf of firm clients (e.g., debtor exams, writs, levies, liens, wage garnishments, and other enforcement remedies as applicable).
* Conduct legal research and provide practical, well-reasoned recommendations.
* Maintain thorough documentation and case notes consistent with firm and client policies and procedures.
* Provide guidance and support to administrative and legal support staff; assist with training as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

*Qualifications:*

* Active California Bar license in good standing (required).
* 4+ years of civil litigation experience (collections litigation and/or judgment enforcement experience strongly preferred).
* J.D. from an accredited law school.
* Knowledge of California state court rules and procedures; familiarity with federal practice is a plus.
* Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
* Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits and consistent follow-through.
* Collaborative, professional demeanor with strong client service instincts.
* Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment without sacrificing quality.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
