What You'll Do
- Develop insight-driven brand strategies that map the consumer journey and guide integrated marketing campaigns.
- Lead the vision for the digital and content ecosystem, defining how messaging, media, influencers, and collaborations connect with consumers.
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to design, launch, and measure brand-building initiatives and product campaigns.
- Drive a consumer-centric approach across marketing, ensuring every decision amplifies the customer experience.
- Build and scale new capabilities within the marketing team, mentoring and coaching team members while fostering collaboration and creativity.
- Track, analyze, and optimize the impact of marketing initiatives, using data to influence strategy and demonstrate growth.
Who You Are
- A visionary leader with deep expertise in brand strategy, content, and media, ideally with CPG or retail experience.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading transformational change—ready to take ownership and make a real impact.
- Creative, Big Idea-focused, and able to inspire both internal teams and agency partners.
- Skilled at translating insights into actionable strategy and compelling narratives.
- Experienced in leading high-performing teams and building new capabilities within an organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7–10+ years of strategy, integrated marketing, and leadership experience.
- Proven success leading brand-building campaigns that drive measurable growth.

Salary Information:
An employee in this position can expect a salary range between $129,253 and $213,256. We typically pay out between $146,000 and $175,000. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including internal equity, experience, education, certification, training, and location. All positions are eligible for additional incentives based on business performance.
