We are seeking an experienced *.NET Developer* to design, develop, and maintain Microsoft-based software and web applications . The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. This role requires hands-on experience with .NET frameworks and a strong understanding of modern development practices.
*Responsibilities*
* Design and develop need-based software programs.
* Document testing procedures, error resolutions, and the overall development process.
* Analyze and resolve application errors.
* Maintain and upgrade existing applications.
* Prepare detailed end-user guides and documentation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective programs.
* Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
* Stay updated on terminology, concepts, and best practices for mobile app development.
* Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture.
* Use and adapt existing web applications for various app functions.
* Create and test software prototypes.
* Develop client displays and user interfaces.
* Assist software personnel with project-related work and requirements.
* Coordinate with other software professionals and developers.
*Requirements*
* Working knowledge of the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns.
* *Minimum 10+ years of experience* using C# .NET.
* Proficiency in at least one .NET language (e.g., C#, VB.NET) and HTML5/CSS3.
* Familiarity with architecture styles and APIs (REST, RPC).
* Understanding of Agile methodologies.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent troubleshooting skills.
* Effective communication and coordination abilities.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Minimum 10 *year of hands-on programming experience* preferred.
* Knowledge of additional programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, and JavaScript.
* Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Effective time management and collaboration skills.
