Job Responsibilities



- Oversee daily operations of your lawn care service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.



- Manage and supervise lawn care staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.



- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding lawn care chemical use.



- Monitor equipment and schedule preventive maintenance.



- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any service issues.



- Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure employee safety.



- Conduct regular inspections of worksites to ensure quality standards are met.



- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new clients and service opportunities.



- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into operations.
