SLP in Arlington, TX

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support K-5 students within a dynamic independent school district in the Arlington, TX area. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who is fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about assisting young learners with speech and language needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Texas SLP license required
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish essential
• Experience working in school settings preferred
• Ability to conduct evaluations and write detailed reports
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Location:

• On-site in Arlington, TX with hybrid flexibility (one remote day per week for report writing)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a vital member of the districts evaluation team, covering multiple campuses primarily serving K-5 students
• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
• Utilize district resources such as test kits, computers, and internal communication systems
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support student progress
• Work up to 30 hours per week with a flexible schedule between full and part-time
