Deploy, stabilize, and defend next-generation deep-space radar systems—where software engineering meets global mission impact.
A Day in the Life – What You’ll Do
Install, deploy, and configure DARC software across mission-critical radar systems in both CONUS and OCONUS environments
Serve as a software subject matter expert during formal system integration, testing, and operational deployments
Troubleshoot, debug, and implement corrective actions to resolve software deficiencies in live operational environments
Collaborate closely with U.S.-based development teams to support ongoing feature integration and future software releases
Document issues, corrective actions, and system behavior to support long-term stability and mission readiness
Required Qualifications
Citizenship & Clearance
U.S. Citizenship required
Active DoD Secret clearance at time of application
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field with 5+ years of experience
OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
OR PhD with 1+ years of experience
Technical Skills
Software development experience in C++, Java, and JavaScript
Strong debugging expertise in complex software systems
Experience working with MATLAB
Familiarity with Linux (Red Hat), Windows environments
Experience working in Agile development environments using JIRA and Confluence
Certifications
CompTIA Security+ (Security+) certification required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
Experience with Radar Signal Processing
Prior OCONUS deployment experience supporting large, integrated technical teams
Experience supporting system integration and testing in operational environments
