You’ll directly shape the quality and food safety standards of our production processes. Your leadership will empower a high-performing QA team, ensuring compliance with USDA regulations and internal KPIs, while spearheading initiatives. Through proactive problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration, your influence will reach from our plant floors to our customers' plates.
Regulatory & Food Safety Leadership
Lead USDA regulatory compliance and serve as primary plant liaison
Drive resolution of Non-Reports (NRs), micro deviations, and food safety escalations
Ensure adherence to GMPs, sanitation standards, and federal inspection requirements
Identify systemic food safety risks and implement corrective actions
Supervise and develop QA Technicians and Food Quality Evaluators
Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and KPI alignment
Coach team on root cause analysis and continuous improvement
Process Validation & Continuous Improvement
Monitor sanitation trends and sampling programs
Partner cross-functionally xhqgsiq with Operations, Maintenance, and Production
Drive data-based improvements to strengthen food safety systems
3+ years in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, or Meat/Protein Manufacturing
Experience responding to USDA NRs and regulatory audits
Leadership experience in a production environment
