Working knowledge of electrical engineering design, troubleshooting at component level, system engineering, and safety code proficiency. Proficient in solving engineering problems using analytical techniques and engineering knowledge employing analog and digital circuitry, power controls, robotics, and possibly Radio Frequency concepts. Define, coordinate, perform, and generate engineering test reports. Supervise the development of, design, or modify electrical/electronic engineering assemblies, layouts/schematics, and/or detailed drawings/specifications.

Requirements

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline and 7+ years directly related experience, or equivalent
  • MS in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline and 2+ years directly related experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Very computer literate and strong knowledge in RF systems and Plasma Physics
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and modules
  • Working knowledge of electrical CAD tools
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and software engineering disciplines
