Memory Care Support Partner – Full‑Time

Shift Schedule

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 11pm‑7am

Responsibilities

• Advocate of Empathy – Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer – Discover residents’ interests and collaborate to design engagement plans.
• Master of mise en scène – Set the stage for a successful day, from dining room to resident routine.
• Life Partner – Partner with residents from wake to sleep.
• Document Care – Keep accurate records of resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist Orientation – Help orient team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in read, write, and speak English.
• Positive, energetic attitude for loving our residents.
• Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident data.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal clearance required.
