PROFILE
As a wellsite leader and rig operations supervisor, I treat every well differently as per criteria. Meeting with engineering teams on well completion and workover design, communicating logistics and supervising different teams to achieve the common goal. Working with third party vendors to eliminate cost of poor quality and ensure they adhere to company best practices. Organizing onsite rig meetings and having hazard hunts at the well site, having more of a hands-on approach.

UPSTREAM EXPERIENCE
·            Operational understanding of drilling, completion and workover best practices. Having over 18yrs coordination of wellsite fracture operations and drilling rig operations. Meeting with vendor sales, engineers and supervisors implementing P&ID layouts, pumping requirements and trucking of equipment, proppant and fluids. Always verifying that operations are in compliance with HS&E controls, best practices standards and applicable area regulations. Meeting with multiple teams on FEED of sand and water handling requirements. Liaison with treaters and fluid engineers to insure proper fluids sampling, density, PH, solids, NTU’s and viscosity.

·            Supervised workover rig & coil tubing drill outs of Plug & Perf operations as well as cased hole washouts & fluid displacements. Open hole washouts, displacements and stimulations.

·            Thru departmental meetings and agreements of MSA’s with contractors, have protected my employer and negotiated multi-well agreements to ensure safety, quality and all HS&E standards are met throughout the contract.

·            Coordinate with the Field Production Operations on the flow back operations and connections into production facilities. Having worked in the midstream sector, I understand their needs of construction, vessel receiving & separation of produced fluids. Performing well handovers of records, certifications and pertinent well bore criteria,

·            Working with mangers conducting after action review meetings and report lessons learned to the completions organization and provide expertise on major NPT events.

·            Working with engineers on FEED completion and workover design, technical 3rd. party sales, and on-site supervisors having well planning meetings & CWOPS. Holding accountable all involved to implement and follow well procedure, having any MOC to program/ procedures to be approved by Sr. Drilling/Completions Superintendent, Sr. Drilling/Completions Engineer, Operations Manager, Completions Manager. Holding all at the wellsite accountable to procedure discipline.

SUMMARY Completions Supervisor
30+ yr. Oldfield veteran with 20+ yr. Upstream rig and rig-less operations experience. Having supervised 10mm to 100+mm projects with up to 10 to 50 personnel on location.

Experienced in hydraulic fracture stimulation, tool designs and installation of horizontal and vertical wells in the Haynesville & Austin Chalk.

Reading and interpreting open hole MWD/LWD and cased hole logs (PNL, Gamma, CBL, CCL etc.) for zonal isolation and packer placement.

Know and understand well bore configuration, completion practices, applications and operations of down hole tools (packers, plugs, retainers etc.…), cementing operations, perforating operations, stimulation operations, fishing tools and their operations.

Communicating and orchestrating logistics of equipment and personnel to the wellsite, collectively addressing to supervisors on procedure discipline, SIMOPS and focus on HS&E to achieve no incidents, injury or harm to environment.

Working with managers and engineers to generate well planners / forecasts to achieve well work   operational efficiency resulting in achieving AFE budgets.
