·         Initiated a tiered sales curriculum for over 800 inside and outside sales professionals, managing, delivering, measuring and adapting to organizational goals and strategies

·         Implemented sales training to concentrate on a new type of sale, moving from tactical to strategic sales which resulted in Eaton sales professional being considered trusted advisors to customers

·         Developed sales curriculum focused on extremely high level business concepts around customer’s business initiatives, key performance indicators and the customer’s resulting relationship with its own client base

·         Managed a team of Instructor-Led Trainers delivering product-based training to the Eaton sales force and the distribution channel of over 2000 branches to ensure the highest level of consultative selling to the end user
