Selected Achievements
Operations Efficiency. Implemented a customer relationship management (CRM) solution to support automated and online transactions. Worked with 3rd party and internal developers to integrate a web based system CRM with our website, IVR and payment gateway which resulted in a 15 times increase in revenue processed through our payment gateway and a reduction in handling time of over 10%
Organizational Design. Restructured the customer services, provisioning, and operations departments and implemented support systems of a telecommunications organization to support company growth from $50MM to $350MM in revenue. This resulted in revenue per employee increasing threefold from $500,000 to $1.55MM
Proactive Planning and Execution. Designed a web based provisioning solution for our wireless activation department. Worked with 3rd party and internal programmers to develop and integrate the solution into our current systems. The design resulted in an over 20% reduction in call handling time and a 10% reduction in account errors
System and Network Integration. Managed all aspects of our telecommunications network, provisioning systems and prepaid services platform integration with the network of our underlying wireless service provider. Worked with the provisioning and customer service departments to define policies and procedures for our wireless product launch. The prepaid wireless product launch resulted in over 100,000 new subscribers and 15 million minutes in traffic passing through our network

Regional Vice President, Newtek Business Services Corp. (NEWT) May 2015 to May 2017. A public company providing merchant processing, lending, insurance, payroll and technology solutions for businesses
· Recruited and managed over 90 strategic partner alliances which included ISO, lending and technology partners
Interim President, Newtek Technology Services May 2014 to May 2015.
· Worked with our Server Operations team to reduce our server footprint, which lead to a reduction in our software licensing, storage and utility costs. These changes resulted in a 12.5% reduction in operating expense accounting for a savings of over $850,000 in the first year
· Re-structured the customer service call center team to improve client handling and to reduce idle time and client attrition
· Reorganized the B2B managed technology services division to improve efficiency, reduce costs and become sales focused without impacting our core strength of customer support
Senior Vice President Business Development, Newtek Technology Services February 2014 to April 2014. Hired to develop partner program.
Chief Operating Officer, Data Storage Corporation 2011 to 2014. A public company providing cloud-based data protection, business continuity and email archiving services for businesses.
· Negotiated and designed an agreement to form a Joint Venture with a key vendor to expand our product offerings, reduce capital requirements and operating expenses
· Responsible for the accounting, financial management, human resources and SEC filings

Chief Technology Officer, STi Prepaid, LLC a division of Leucadia National Corp, 2007 to 2010. Prepaid wireless and landline telecommunications provider.
· Handled all phases of development for a consumer web product and for an application for the iPhone and Android. Worked with the telecom switch operations group on call handling and customer service on product support. Coordinated product and systems integration between the application, web and internal developers
· Managed IT team supporting multiple US and International locations and 250 employees
Chief Operating Officer, Telco Group Inc. / STi Prepaid, Inc., 2002 to 2007. Prepaid wireless and international telecommunications provider.
· Implemented an Integrated Voice Response (IVR) solution for customer service. Designed the call flows and defined web services for integration between IVR and e-Commerce and switch networks. The IVR solution reduced customer service call volume by over 25% and in turn decreased call abandonment by 10% to 15%
· Restructured the call center team and implemented a new call handling process which resulted in shorter call handling times and improved customer service. Team handled between 7,000 and 10,000 calls per day
· Worked with Chief Financial Officer, departmental Vice Presidents and Investment Bankers to structure the Business Plan for company sale. Met and presented the business plan to Investment Bankers, Venture Capitalists and Private Equity Investors which resulted in the sale of the company for over $125 million
