OBJECTIVE
I am searching for part time weekday and daytime employment. My qualities include attention to detail, great organizational skills and multitasking,, a positive upbeat attitude, an articulate speaking voice, accuracy and I always do my best and to be productive. My specialties are excellent customer service and numbers (I.e bookkeeping). My customer service excellency is very important to me. I excel at making the customer have that personal touch so they leave the establishment with a positive experience to remember. I do everything I can to make sure the customer is highly satisfied. I have been in restaurant customer service from a sever to an assistant general manager for twenty years. I know what it takes to excel in the service area. I also enjoy working with numbers. I am very good at reconciling numbers and number manipulation. One of my favorite jobs was my assistant general manager position and the in house bookkeeper for a Subway franchise.

EDUCATION
I attended the University of Louisville part time for two years. My major was geography with a focus on demographics. I attended Bellarmine University part time for a year and a half with my major being history education with a focus on roman history. I gained a total of ninety credit hours with a cumulative GPA of 3.2.
SKILLS ACQUIRED FROM PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT
I was employed at Mikes Best Meat market and Deli for about a year and a half in 2012. My responsibilities were excellent customer service, slicing meat, making sandwiches, prepping dinner and side items for sale, packaging sausage and other products for sale.
I was employed at Panera Bread Co. from 1999 to 2002 as a team member and then a shift manager. I was responsible for delegating employees, till counts and bank deposits, all jobs in restaurant, prepping food products and running the shift.
I was employed at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse from March 1999 to December 1999 as a server assistant. I took care or guests, cleared tables and set tables, helping servers with any duties needed. This job gained me great customer server experience and experience in fine dining. I also worked in the kitchen at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in 2002 as the salad and dessert position in the kitchen. I was responsible for prepping food, making perfect salads and desserts in a timely fashion with very high standards of food presentation.
I was employed at Mamma Grisantis Italian restaurant from 1996 to 1999. I was their pasta chef. I made fresh pasta sheets, cannelloni, and homemade lasagna , manicotti, ravioli, and stuffed mushrooms.
All of my places of employment have given me excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment. I am very adept with almost any employment requirements and customer service is my specialty. I know how to relate to the guest and make sure they are satisfied. My positive attitude makes the guest and other employees feel special and personally taken care of. I am also very adept at cash handling. I have never had a till count or bank deposit incorrect. With my experience in cash handling and previous bookkeeping and accounts payable and receivable I am very adept with numbers and balancing books.
